June’s newsletter and treatment of the month
I hope May has been a great month for you.
Spring has started and Bath seems full of life!
It was a Beautiful Well Being Day in Bath last Sunday and as the sun streamed through the window we got down to some serious relaxation, stretching and blending. You can read more about the day and retreat days to come at this link – Well Being Retreat Day.
At Neal’s Yard we have been organising some lovely customer evenings, which have been a great way to try out Neal’s Yard facials, massages and reflexology with myself and fellow colleague Celia Stewart. This month’s was all about sleep and how treatments, essential oils and Bach flower remedies can be really helpful to benefit sleep patterns. Read more at this link to Beauty Sleep Eve. There will be more evenings like this and I will send out information about the next one.
June sees the start of hopefully warmer weather and the possibility for travel and foreign sun. A great summer body oil blend that could help to keep skin feeling refreshed and moisturised even after being in the sun, reduce water retention and help cleanse the lymphatic system so benefit areas of cellulite would be:
150ml of Jojoba and Sweet Almond oil 25 drops Grapefruit, 25 drops lavender & 10 drops Frankincense. Use as a body oil/moisturiser or massage blend.
