Turtle Tums Aqua Yoga
I am excited to let you know that I will be teaching TurtleTums Pregnancy Aqua Yoga starting classes in Bath on Friday evenings from 7:30pm at Paulton Swimming pool from Friday 14th June.
What is Turtle Tums?
This 6 week course is a fantastic way to exercise effectively and safely within the comfortable and supportive environment of water and is suitable throughout pregnancy so can be repeated as many times as you wish right up to your due date. The classes practice simple yoga moves and breathing exercises in the water that promote flexibility, relaxation and bonding with your unborn child. Turtle Tums classes are a great way for some time out, to exercise, relax and to meet other mums in the area.
