Baby massage courses and classes are a wonderful way to learn about how to integrate massage and reflexology in to your family’s life.
It is an art of giving and receiving that may help with relaxing you and your baby, supporting their development and helping to relieve some typical discomfort for a baby such as colic, wind, teething and restlessness.
The classes are also a great way to meet other mums and share and give support as you learn.
Classes include massage, reflexology, use of base and essential oils, song and rhyme and stretching and over a course Lizzie will make sure she adapts the classes to suit the group’s needs.
The age of your baby can be from 4 weeks to before crawling. You will able to use these massage techniques throughout their childhood.
