“I have tennis elbow and Lizzie is helping me manage the condition using massage and athlete tape.
The tape stays on my arm for up to a week following treatment, it covers the trigger point and main area of discomfort. I find the tape really helps to support my arm and alleviate the pain.
I would recommend for anyone suffering from tennis elbow.
