Meet Lizzie

Lizzie’s experience and versatility always meets my needs, whether its deep relaxation and release or dynamic sports massage. Each treatment has been transformative. I give Lizzie’s vouchers to family for birthdays now and I don’t think I could give a better gift. – Clare D (Wiltshire)

I absolutely love what I do!

My aim with all treatments is to support you to be in the best place you can be whatever you are going through, whether it be through training, working long hours, going through transitional times or simply everyday life.

I bring 18 years of experience in holistic and remedial practice, and I personalise each session to suit your individual needs, responding to whatever comes up during your massage or reflexology. I always check in with you, so that we can work together to have the treatment you need.

My background

My background in performing arts and theatre at university introduced me to massage, yoga and movement as part of our training. I soon realised I wanted to specialise in body work.

Training

This led me on to train in holistic and aromatherapy massage in 2008 at The Bristol School of Holistic Therapies and I have and continue to train in many forms of massage and reflexology.

Supporting couples from pre bump to family is one of the areas I have been drawn to work in. I am qualified in Reproflexology with Barbara Scott to support couples as they prepare for pregnancy and work alongside fertility treatments.

I bring specialist training in pregnancy, labour preparation, postnatal massage, reflexology, and Thai yoga massage. My treatments are designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply restorative during this unique stage of life. I also collaborate with trusted local practitioners, ensuring you have access to a wider circle of care if needed. In postnatal treatments, it’s wonderful to include babies and children, so I have trained in baby and story massage offering classes and 1:1s.

Support for you no matter your age

My aim is to support clients no matter their age to have better range of movement and to help to reduce pain and to recover from injury. I have focused on training in holistic and remedial treatments including level 4 sports and remedial massageat Bath University and Thai Yoga massage. I am also qualified in kinesiology taping and can offer this as part of your massage or as a separate treatment.

Family life

I have a young family who are full of beans and keep me on my toes. We enjoy using complementary therapy at home and I am an advocate of finding small and accessible ways to support our heath and wellbeing. I am a keen runner and have participated in varied cross country and long distance races, so I understand on a personal level how massage and other therapies can support you in performance, recovery and well being.

Location & treatments

I run my practise from my garden studio in Corsham and The Well Being Clinic in Corsham, offering sports and remedial massage, holistic treatments (including Thai Yoga Massage) and pre pregnancy, pregnancy, postnatal treatments and classes. Offering this wide range of treatments enables me to draw on various techniques and therein how I approach each individual client.

If you have any questions or would like to have a free phone consultation about a treatment or course do get in touch.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and needs, with a special focus on treatments that support stress relief and deep relaxation, sports preparation and recovery, as well as fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal care.
