What is an aromatherapy holistic massage?
It is a wonderfully versatile, relaxing and rejuvenating full body massage using a blend of pure essential and carrier oils just for you.
At the start of the session, we select a synergistic blend of high quality essential oils from fruits, flowers, herbs and trees that are known to have an abundance of medicinal properties; these are blended with a carrier oil that helps the essential oils to be absorbed through the skin.
The blends smell amazing too and when massaged into the body they may help to improve your physical, mental or emotional needs. oil may also help to moisturise and make your skin feel smooth.
Essential oils can be absorbed into the body through inhalation and through the skin and once absorbed their medicinal properties can start to have an effect whether they are antibacterial, anti- rheumatic or anti depressant…
Therefore the oils work on the body and the mind at the same time and when combined with massage it is a purely holistic treatment and aims to help improve your well-being.
I will give you a small bottle of your blend to take home to use after your session.
I also advise and sell pulse points, oil blends, flower water sprays and aromatic inhalers for home use.
