Pregnancy & postnatal treatments in Corsham

With you, throughout your journey

I specialise in treatments for pre-conceptual, pregnancy, prenatal and postnatal.

I have trained, and continue to train, in massage and reflexology specifically to support this important stage of your life. I’m continually inspired by my clients’ journeys and am passionate about supporting them through this time of transition with holistic and remedial treatments.

Safe & effective

Pregnancy massage and reflexology are safe, effective treatments that can help support and relax you, your partner, and your baby during this physically and emotionally transformative time.

Supportive journey

Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently pregnant, or in the postnatal period, the session will be adapted adapted to align with your stage in the journey.

Extensive training

I’ve trained with leading experts in the field, including Suzanne Yates of Wellmother for perinatal massage, Susanne Enzer for maternity eflexology, Barbara Scott for fertility reflexology and Kira Balaskas for pregnancy Thai yoga massage.

Personalised comfort & care for every stage

We begin with a consultation to ensure the treatment is both safe and suitable for you and sessions can take place on a massage couch or futon, depending on what’s most comfortable for you.

Depending on where you are in your journey, we adapt to your needs; this includes adjustments in positioning, pillows for comfort, pressure used, and the inclusion of appropriate oils – or, if preferred, the treatment can be done fully clothed.

I can also offer gentle stretches and exercises to include during the session or as supportive home care.

Pre conception benefits

Holistic massage, aromatherapy massage and reflexology could help to ease tension and anxiety, address Musculo-skeletal problems, balance the hormonal cycle and help with stress related conditions.

I am also trained in Reproflexology (reproductive pre conceptual reflexology) with Barbara Scott levels 1 & 2 from Serennatural Fertility. For many couples, the journey to conception can feel overwhelming — bringing stress, tension, anxiety, and fatigue. Reflexology provides a soothing, non-invasive form of complementary therapy that may help to ease these challenges. It is often found to reduce stress, relieve pain, and ease symptoms linked to certain reproductive health conditions.

Pregnancy massage & reflexology benefits

Just like regular massage, pregnancy massage and reflexology can help relieve muscular and skeletal tension – particularly the common aches and pains in the neck, shoulders, back, and pelvic area that often increase as your baby grows.

These treatments may also support your general wellbeing, boost energy levels, and help alleviate issues such as headaches, sciatica, water retention, digestive discomfort, insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, and pelvic discomfort.

Where appropriate, I may incorporate essential oils during your pregnancy. These can be blended specifically to support symptoms such as nausea, digestive discomfort, stretch marks, and emotional wellbeing, as well as to help prepare for your baby’s arrival. I can create bespoke massage oil blends for use in treatment or at home, and offer guidance on how to use them safely and effectively.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and provide a valuable opportunity to release physical and emotional stress while connecting with your baby. They can also be especially helpful in preparing your body and mind for labour.

I also offer sessions for you and your partner or birth partner where I teach massage and reflexology techniques that can be used to support you during labour.

Post natal massage and reflexology

Choosing to have a treatment after the birth of your baby can be deeply restorative, helping your body recover while you adjust to life with your new family member. Many clients find postnatal massage or reflexology to be a nurturing, grounding experience—whether shared with your baby or taken as valuable time just for yourself. Both approaches can offer significant physical and emotional benefits.

Postnatal treatments are typically offered on a large, comfortable futon—ideal if your baby is with you. They can lie beside you, feed, sleep, or simply enjoy being close. If you come alone, a traditional massage couch is available for your comfort.

We begin with a consultation to ensure the session is tailored to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of massage and reflexology techniques (including Swedish, deep tissue, remedial, Thai yoga massage, and maternity reflexology) to support your recovery, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing during this important time.

You can choose to have your massage with or without your baby in the room, and together we’ll find the most comfortable and relaxing way for you to enjoy your treatments.

‘What stood out most was the overwhelming sense of relief I felt when I left. Relief from the tension in my muscles, relief from the stress of arranging childcare, and relief knowing I could have my baby right there with me. Lizzie was so kind and supportive, even helping with my baby during the session, which made the experience feel truly special.’ E.S Chippenham

I also offer sessions for you and your partner or birth partner where I teach massage and reflexology techniques that can be used to support you during labour.
