Baby Massage group courses & private classes in Corsham

Gentle touch for everyday life

Baby massage group courses and private classes are a wonderful way to learn how to incorporate massage and reflexology into your family’s daily life.

With over 10 years of experience teaching baby and story massage, I’m a mother of two who loves using massage, reflexology, and essential oils at home to support my family’s wellbeing.

Individual needs

You can join a group course or have private sessions.

Whether you’re new or returning, all classes are thoughtfully planned and adapted to suit you and your baby’s individual needs.

My classes are welcoming, relaxing, small and friendly. Massage is a great way to spend time with your family, using positive touch to relax, reassure and have fun.

Each session is intuitively led, using massage, reflexology, essential oils and relaxation techniques, stories and songs.

Comfort, connection and support

Baby massage is a gentle art of giving and receiving that can help you and your baby relax, support their development, and ease common discomforts such as colic, wind, teething, and restlessness.

The classes are also a great way to meet other mums and share and give support as you learn.

The massage techniques you learn can be used and adapted throughout your child’s early years.

I have trained in Story Massage which is a wonderful way to introduce massage to babies, children and families. The techniques are fun, broad and soothing. The stories used can be simple and fun for babies and as they get older the stories can be used to introduce themes and understanding or ways to address topics children may need support with such as a transition of going to school or not feeling well and even subjects they are learning at school.

Happy parents

I did Lizzie’s baby massage course with my son, who was only a few weeks old. It has really helped me to bond with him and the techniques I learned helped me to work on his poor digestion and colds. Lizzie’s knowledge of massage, aromatherapy and reflexology is excellent and she is a generous and kind teacher.”

“Lizzie was recommended to me by my doula and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I had a few massages during pregnancy, they were incredibly relaxing and she helped release some tension in my neck, back and shoulders. She had created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and I immediately felt comfortable. After giving birth I went back with my partner and baby, she taught us some very useful baby massage exercises. I highly recommend anyone who is experiencing tension to visit Lizzie for a treatment.”
