What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non invasive complementary treatment that with regular treatments may help relieve stress, aid relaxation and improve your general state of health. Reflexology may also help to improve the circulation and remove toxins from the body and increase energy. Reflexology works on the principle that the reflex points on the feet and hands correspond to all the different parts of the body.
After a consultation to establish your past and present health and lifestyle, I use a foot/ hand massage to warm up the body’s tissues and boost the circulation. Then I apply pressure to the reflex points using different reflexology techniques to help bring the body and mind back in to balance. This is a fully clothed treatment (apart from your feet), all you need to do is to sit back and relax.

Reflexology may help sleep problems, stress related symptoms and conditions, fertility issues and hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, back ache, skeletal, digestive, circulatory, sinus problems, headaches and migraines.

I have also trained in Vertical Reflexology which has been found to have great results for many conditions. VRT is different as you are standing when you receive your treatment and due to being weight bearing your reflexes may be more responsive to pressure. Maternity Reflexology
Reflexology for pre conception and during pregnancy, labour and the post natal period.
Reflexology can be experienced for 30 minutes 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minute treatments.
