One of the areas I love about my work is working with you to help you make lifestyle changes that you are looking for. These are just ideas and suggestions and then it is often up to you to try them out. Although if you are having follow up treatments we would build on what changes are effective. However, myself and fellow practitioners Heidi Armstrong and Celia Stewart are holding some exciting events next week which will be not only relaxing but also an opportunity to try out different treatments, remedies, learn about essential oils, Qi Gong, meditation and massage techniques.
On Thursday 23 May 6:30-9pm at Neal’s Yard Bath you can come to A Beauty Sleep Evening where you can have a mini treatment (massage, facial or reflexology) and where we can suggest particular oil blends or Bach flower remedies that can also help you sleep and address the reasons why you may be finding getting enough rest difficult. The treatments and oils would be blended for you and for a small extra cost you can have a blend to take home. On Sunday 26 May 10-3pm Step in to Spring with Well Being in Mind.
Join myself and Heidi in a retreat day where you will learn about and take part in
Qi Gong exercises, breathing techniques, Aromatherapy blending and take your blends home, massage technique workshop, meditation and enjoy fresh juices to keep your refreshed and energised.
